The house has a shared bathroom (also upstairs), a small office room that’s great for WFH days, and both a front and back garden – perfect for summer hangouts.

Rent is £727/month, going up by £66.67 in July and then staying the same for 2 years

Bills are around £130/month

Deposit is £690

3 bedrooms total (you’d be living with two friendly housemates)

Quiet street, great location – 10 min walk to Peckham Rye Station

Important Info:

The room and bathroom are upstairs, so there’s a climb of around 25 steps

Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users

Landlord doesn’t accept benefits (DSS/Universal Credit)
