The house is on a quiet street just off of Queens Road - an area with plenty of independent cafes, pubs, a strong community feel and great transport links.
We have a large garden with lots of greenery which is a lovely get away from the busy city and for soaking in the sunshine ! ☀️
We are looking from someone to move in for one year, with the tenancy beginning on the 12th August. You will be sharing with a mix of creative students and recent graduates, all of which are very friendly, welcoming and respectful !
