Looking for someone to take over my room in Peckham, it will be for a new tenancy starting 24th June (but can be flexible!).
The flat is a 2 bed opposite Peckham Rye station so is super well connected, with direct links to Victoria, London Bridge, Farringdon, Blackfriars, and is on the Windrush Line (Clapham - Dalston).
The room is fully furnished and really bright and airy, and we have access to a shared terrace. You will also have space for a desk (I can leave mine if needed) if you work from home. The flat is located on Rye Lane so has all the shops and restaurants you need, and also has some lovely parks, pubs, cafes, and a great cinema nearby.
You will be living with my friend Olly who I’ve know since primary school. He’s 28, works most of the time in the office, and is great to live with. He’s very easy going and is always out to do something after work if you want!
It’s £1050/ month not including bills.
