Room Sublet In Queer House :)

I’m leaving London over summer and looking for someone to come stay in my room while I’m gone!!
It’s a super bright lovely house with a roof terrace and lots of plants, living with my two best friends. One works from office full time and the other works hybrid. It’s a three storey flat, with kitchen and a toilet downstairs, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms in the middle, and my room and a shower and the roof terrace on top. You have to go up stairs to get to the front door also so not very accessible for disabilities I’m afraid :( A 10 minute walk to Peckham or to old Kent road, 2 minutes to the 63 or 363 bus also!
