We’ve got a spacious double room available in our 3-bed flat in Peckham, just a 5-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station (Overground). The room comes furnished and there’s plenty of space for all your bits – ideal for someone who wants to make it their own.

We’re in a bright, modern new-build flat with loads of space and great features. You’ll have access to:

A separate kitchen/dining room – great for cooking and hosting.

A large living room where we hang out, watch TV, or just chill.

Big storage cupboards throughout the flat – perfect for suitcases, bikes, or anything bulky.

A lovely patio area in a residents-only courtyard, ideal for sunny days and a few drinks outside.

It’s a super peaceful building with friendly neighbours, secure entry, and great sound insulation.

👯‍♂️ Who You’ll Be Living With:
You’ll be joining two laid-back guys in our late 20s. We both work in tech – one in sales and the other in operations. We like to keep the flat clean and chilled, enjoy watching TV or movies together in the evenings, heading out for a pint or gig on the weekends, and cooking the odd meal together.

📅 Move-In Date:
Looking for someone to move in on 8th August – ideally you’re ready to jump in quickly!
