Pioneer Centre, Peckham SE15

All bills included (Wi-Fi, Netflix, water, heating, electricity, council tax) |

Short-term stays welcome

We're looking for a calm considerate female to share our beautiful, light-filled apartment in the iconic Pioneer Centre, located in leafy Peckham (SE15).

The bedroom is spacious and exceptionally comfortable, noticeably larger than the average room you'll find in London, offering plenty of space to relax, work, and feel completely at home.

🏛 About the Building
A rare gem of Bauhaus / Art Deco architecture, the Pioneer Centre was built in 1935 by renowned engineer Sir Owen Williams, praised by Walter Gropius as “an oasis of glass in a desert of brick.”

Originally designed for the Peckham Experiment, this Grade II* listed building features huge windows, a concrete frame, and a thoughtful layout that prioritizes light and functionality.

Residents have access to an indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis court, communal garden, and more.

There's a strong sense of community among neighbors – people greet each other, help out, and genuinely care about the building and each other.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station (Overground & Southern) – direct access to London Bridge, Shoreditch, Clapham, and Central London.

🏡 About the Apartment
Split across two levels, the downstairs houses both bedrooms and a second living space – offering privacy and peace.

The flat is clean, bright, and functional, with plenty of natural light through generous windows.

A large, sun-drenched balcony is perfect for relaxing, having breakfast, reading, sunbathing, working, or dining.

You'll share the home with me – tidy, respectful mum, my 7-year-old daughter, a sweet, independent little girl who spends her weekdays at school and my boyfriend that stays few days a week). On weekends, we’re often out enjoying the city or nature.

👤 Who We're Looking For

A woman who values tranquility, cleanliness, and mutual respect.

Ideally someone appreciates both quiet company and personal space but also understands that a house is something happy and alive.

You’ll have plenty of privacy and autonomy – we deeply respect each other’s boundaries and routines. A woman who is clean, respectful and easy going.

✨ Why You’ll Love It Here
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere with clear boundaries and lots of space.

A truly unique living space with architectural character and community amenities.

Easy access to transport, local cafés, parks, and everything Peckham has to offer.

📍 Practical Details
Address: Frobisher Place, Peckham SE15

The room can be furnished or unfurnished – we’re flexible.

Short-term stays are welcome, and the weekly rent includes all bills and the price is £500/week - if is short term.

If this sounds like the kind of home and lifestyle you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you. Come and see for yourself this light-filled, tranquil space in one of London’s most unique buildings!
