Welcome to Calypso Crescent! We have a beautiful house in Peckham, close to Camberwell with a garden and garage!
Close to the city, excellent transport links and fantastic house mates! Many delicious places to eat and drink nearby and great parks!
Our housemate will be leaving on August 24th and we’re looking for a 3rd person to join our lovely home.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 is an en suite) and down stairs bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and garage.
The room available is a large double, light and airy. It comes with the bed frame, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Or unfurnished, if you prefer. Rent is £900 plus bills.
You’ll be living with two professional females, Ali and Laura. It’s a very friendly house, we enjoy the odd dinner and glass of wine together but also enjoy our own space and friends. We’re looking for someone sociable but also independent.
