Welcome to Calypso Crescent! We have a beautiful house in Peckham, close to Camberwell with a garden and garage!
Close to the city, excellent transport links and fantastic house mates! Many delicious places to eat and drink nearby and great parks!
I will be leaving on June 24th and we’re looking for someone to replace me.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 is an en suite, yours!) and down stairs bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and garage.
The room available is a large double ensuite, light and airy. It comes UNFURNISHED, if you prefer. Rent is £950 plus bills.
You’ll be living with two professional females, Ali and Tash. It’s a very friendly house, we enjoy the odd dinner and glass of wine together but also enjoy our own space and friends. We’re looking for someone sociable but also independent.
