We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our little flat in Peckham!

Basics:
📍- Peckham / SE15
💰- Rent £645 pcm + £115 for bills (tad more in winter)
🔐 - Deposit £767 (spare room won’t let me add this value due to exceeding 5x weekly rent as the overall rent for the unit is more. This room is the smallest so rent is lower than the other two rooms)
🗓️ - 15th Aug move in / tenancy start date, initial term length of 6 months, possibility to extend if we want to
🧚🏻 - Landlord is super lovely, we liaise with him directly and have a good relationship with him

About the flat:
🏡 - Flat is bright, spacious and airy, no damp!! Finished to a high standard and plenty of storage space. It’s also split across two levels so feels more like a house!

🛏️ - IMPORTANT‼️The room is part furnished and only comes with a (double) bed and a set of chest of drawers.

📦 - Due to lack of space for a wardrobe, there is a spacious cupboard with a hanging rail and shelves just outside the room that is sole use of the person in this room

🛁 - Two bathrooms, both have toilets! Shower is a good size / pressure and no mould in either

🍽️ - Kitchen has plenty of space, big fridge/freezer and best of all a dishwasher!!

🪴- Small balcony with a little bench to perch on

🌞- Stunnnnning view of city skyline

About us:
You’ll be living with myself and Gabby. Gabs and I plus our departing flatmate all met through living here - we’ve become really good friends and very much looking for another girly to join the group!

Georgia (28) - I’m a northerner who only made the big move last year🚚 I work for a Big 4 and wfh 3 days / office 2 days👩‍💻Big into my dance / electronic / indie music so love to two-step at festivals🎪

Gabs (26) - have been in and around London most of my life, currently working in data consultancy as a project manager 💻👩‍💼 Also a big electronic/dance music girl but I enjoy a good range of genres, also big into the gym/running 🏃‍♀️

We love to chill out, yap and giggle together but equally enjoy our own space / down time. Often find ourselves in the pub / going for a boogie together - Clapham high street HATES to see us coming🕺🏼 Gabs and I have also done a few day festivals / gigs together! I also like to cook and sometimes do a roast for us all so hopefully appeals to our new prospective flatmate! We keep the flat clean n tidy and have created a lovely home you can unwind and properly relax n be yourself in😌

About you:
Ideally someone of similar age and looking to be friends as well as a flatmate! But ultimately we just want someone clean, friendly and respectful of the shared space & working schedules during the week 🫶🏻
