We're looking for a new housemate to fill the third room in our fourth-floor flat between Peckham and Nunhead.

The flat looks directly onto Peckham Rye Common, and is a short walk away from the high streets of Peckham, Nunhead and East Dulwich. There's always a huge amount going on in the local area, and we'd love to help show our new housemate around!

The double room is approximately 11m2 and comes with a desk, bed and wardrobe already installed. The flat is in Council Tax Band C.

The two existing housemates (29M, 30M) are both originally from Dublin, Ireland, though we've been living in London for several years. We're both professionals with hybrid jobs in London, and tend to work from home a couple of days per week.
