Loads of amenities, bars and restaurants within seconds walk from the flat (the arches, bussey building & bar levan to name a few). 2 gates on entry so feels very secure, and since flat is set off the street there is also very little noise at night. Perfect combination of near everything but also peaceful.

Flexible on start date (August onwards). Won’t ask for a deposit, will just ask for first months rent up front. With bills it will be £1000 pcm. Will meet potential people in July in person to decide. I’m the landlord so you’ll be dealing with and living with me :))

You’ll be replacing my best friend who is moving out for financial reasons so I’m really looking for someone who I will become good friends with and who i have shared interests with.
