We're looking for a new flatmate to live with us in Peckham / Nunhead, SE15, South London.

A double room in our flat is available from May 13th - it’s a rolling contract so it’s super flexible, we’re open to both long term and short term flatmates.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself (29) and my friend Nadim (26), both of us are working professionals in creative fields and both queer PoC. We’re super respectful and easy to get along with, down to be sociable and have a warm living environment but also respect everyone’s need for space and alone time.


Room Details:

- Rent: £850 per month
- Bills: around £110 per month including gas, electric, council tax, water and wi-fi.
- Available from: 13th May 2026 earliest - move in date is flexible
- Short or long term tenancy
- Room is partly furnished with a bed and mattress but can be unfurnished if preferred.
- Double room with lots of natural light, south facing window.

Flat details:

- 3 bedroom flat on the first floor with 1 bathroom. Flat has great natural light and rooftop access.
- Referencing is very straightforward and landlady is super chill about it all.

- 10 min walk from Nunhead Station (National
Rail) and 13 min walk from Peckham Rye Station (National Rail / Overground).
- It has great bus links that go direct to Shoreditch and King’s Cross and more.
