The house is a 15 min walk from both Peckham Rye and Queens Road stations and super close to key bus routes.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws. There is also space for a desk.

Deposit: £923 // Move in: March 1st 2026.

Bills: Usually around £130 at the moment, but will decrease in summer.

FYI the landlord will require referencing. They will conduct a digital credit check via a third party. This will assess your financials, to determine income level and suitability to rent at the property. If you'd feel uncomfortable doing a credit check / know you'd fail one, then maybe give this one a miss as its a deal break for the landlord (sorry!) Not suitable for students or sublets.

A little about us: Emefa (28) works as a freelance TV Producer and Javerya (29) works in marketing at a book publishers. We have a lovely time together as housemates, often going to the gym, yoga classes or sauna together, or nattering away whilst making dinner. We're busy gals and value having a chill, tidy and relaxed home to come back to.

We're looking for a chilled housemate, who will do their bit to keep the house clean and is just generally warm and friendly. Looking for a roomie who wants to live somewhere for more than a few months and add to the homely vibe.
