Description
I have a contract for a PremierEnsuite room at YourTribe Southwark from September 2025 and am looking for somebody to buy out my contract. I will be doing a PGCE and, with hindsight, would prefer to live further from the centre closer to my schools.
The ensuite rooms are all sold out on the website, so the building and area are very popular and come with various amenities including two free breakfasts a week (check the website for more details), a free gym, free laundry and free hot drinks. There are a lot of organised events and it is a good place for undergraduates. My contract is 15500 GBP for 10 months, but longer contracts are available. If you would not be able to pay the whole amount, then potentially we could come to some arrangement.
