2 Peckham double rooms avail w friendly girls :)

we’re Bel and Anna, we’re two 25 year old uni friends from the North living in Peckham for the last couple of years. Our two flatmates are moving out within the next month or so and we’re looking for two friendly girls to replace them :) we love chill nights in often reading or yapping together on the terrace with a glass of wine. We’re not much of a party house but do like to go to the pub and love Peckham carboot on the weekend! We like our own space but also up for a movie night or dinner together, clean, considerate and looking for housemates who are the same :) we don’t mind smokers or pets at all, one of us is a current smoker! one of our flatmates hasn’t cleaned their rooms yet so waiting on a pic but around the same size as the one shown! more pics to come of bedrooms and dining/living room and 2nd bathroom
