1 large double room in Peckham Area

We're looking for a new housemate to move into our 4-bed house in East Dulwich in late November. To move in on Tuesday the 25th November.

Ronan and I are good mates and we’ve been in the Gaff for 2 years living with friends.

The house is cosy and on a quiet road with lots of trees. There’s a small garden where we grow veg (with varying success). we're keen to find someone chilled and tidy. It’s a sociable house and we’ve lots of mates in the surrounding area.

The room is large and fully furnished. Tall bay windows bring in a ton of light throughout the day. As for amenities, We share two full bathrooms between the four of us. The kitchen/dining room and living room are a good size , everything works and the landlord is on the ball when things break. it’s a really comfortable house.

You’re 5 minutes walk from East Dulwich Station which takes you directly to London Bridge or 15 minutes walk to Peckham Rye Station, which connects to the overground. Otherwise there are several bus routes that all head into central London.
