**Bright double room in a comfortable, homely flat in Peckham, move in date 1st October £850 + bills (£130ish in the winter)**
Sadly our current flatmate Amy is leaving to go travelling, so we are looking for a roommate to join us on a new 12-month contract.
The double room is a good size. The flat is super modern with an open plan kitchen / living room which gets lots of natural light, has wooden floors, a massive fridge/freezer, gas hobs and a cheeky wine fridge. You'll also only be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate! (Ethan has an Ensuite)
You'll be sharing with myself and Ethan, both late 20's/early 30s professionals. Looking for someone easy going, tidy and who would be up for hanging out/drinks/cinema but also has their own social life.
The flat is around Queens Road Peckham, about 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk from Peckham high street.
