The room is fully furnished with a double bed and memory foam mattress topper, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a desk. Has a small balcony and gets a lot of sunlight, especially in the morning!
The house is located on a quiet residential street with Burgess Park on our doorstep. Closest stations are Peckham Rye, Elephant and Castle, and Oval.
There's an open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor, downstairs toilet and a large bathroom upstairs (shared between 3). To the back of the building there's a shared courtyard with bike storage available.
We're 3 young professionals aged between 29 and 37, working in the education and non profit sector. We're very social, love watching films together.
