Spacious room in Peckham

Hello!

I am moving out of this room in the first week of September but can be pushed back a bit if needed.

The house is in a great quiet location 10 minutes walk from Queens Road station and a 8 minute walk from a bus stop that takes you into central. Peckham Rye is a 10 minute bus away and is a great area for cool shops, restaurants and bars!

You would be sharing with 4 lovely flatmates who are students. They are quiet and are out of the house a lot of the time. There isn’t a living room but there is a big table in kitchen which is great for hanging out and a massive garden with tables and chairs.

There is a small hole above the bed that is covered right now, it will be fixed before you move in :)
