Large room in peckham with friendly house :)

We’re looking for a new housemate to move in to our friendly 4 bed house share in Peckham.

The room is a large double on the first floor, and is unfurnished.

The house has a large kitchen/ dining room (including dishwasher) that overlooks the garden and a separate lounge at the front of the house. There’s a large bathroom upstairs plus a small downstairs toilet.

We also have a big garden at the back of the house which is really lovely, we’ve had some great BBQs and dinners on the big long table outside. Theres also space to store bikes under cover.

We’re 2 girls and 1 guy living here. We all lead busy social lives and do our own things with friends and work, but we also love coming together as a house for dinner, TV nights, and the occasional pub trip or outing. We’re looking for someone easygoing and sociable who’ll fit right into the vibe.

Queer friendly. No students, couples or pets (sorry!)

The move in date is 21st September, pending reference checks. Rent is £965 a month + bills. Bills are roughly £115 a month which covers council tax, gas & electric, wifi and water.

Amazing location in a lovely quiet street just off Bellenden road. 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Station. Lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs, rooftops right on our doorstep and Peckham Rye Park is a short walk away. You can get a parking permit for the street outside if you have a car. 😌
