Nice room in cool house near Burgess Park

Hello there,
I am moving out, come and take my room!
Looking for a new fun, chilled, friendly housemate for the remaining 4 lovely people who call this awesome house home.

Everyone's in their late 20s - early 30s, working in the office, with some days at home. It's a busy house, with everyone doing their own thing but often coming together to watch TV (Grey's Anatomy was on the other night), a movie (Inglorious Bastards was the film we stuck on most recently) or the football (if that's what you're into) - as well as many other activities! There's always someone about though, cooking or just hanging out.

The house would suit a hybrid worker who spends some days at home, some in the office. It's not a party house, but chilled.

The room itself is small but mighty, with a spacious wardrobe and under bed storage. Plus, you only share the bathroom with one other person on the floor (there are 3 bathrooms in total, one on each floor of the 4 storey house).

The house is spacious with character (some say it used to be a sweet shop, others a brothel). There's a small garden at the back, a fruit tree in the front, and plenty of plants throughout.

Bills are included.
