Double bedroom in modern flat with fantastic views

Double room available for 4 months in my 2-bed, 2-bath flat near Burges Park. It’s a modern building with lift & concierge. There is a spacious open plan living space, with a balcony and great views over the park and the city skyline.

The room comes with your own bathroom (not en-suite but for your use only). Bills are all included, and there’s a cleaner who comes once a month, so it’s all very easy and low-maintenance.

Location-wise, there are loads of buses within 5 minutes’ walk on Old Kent Road, plus a bus stop right outside the building.

The other tenant is only around part-time, so most weekends you’ll have the flat completely to yourself.

This is a short-term let (4 months) while I’m away.
