I am looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy contract until 15 May 2026. The rent is £800 per month + a fixed contribution of £100 per month for all of the bills (electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, council tax (Band C)). You can arrange to renew the contract afterwards with the agent! The property is open to students and professionals.

The flatmates are 3 lovely guys in their 20s. All of them are very kind, clean, and respectful.

The room has a double bed, two large closets, a desk, and plenty of storage space. The window overlooks the private garden. There is also an ensuite with a shower and a sink!

The property has a private garden/patio, large shared kitchen and living room with a TV, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs full bathroom.

There are 2 bus stops right next to the building (Bonar Road, Commercial Way) that have lots of bus connections (63, 78, 363, night buses…). There are also the Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham Overground stations (Windrush line) that are a 10-15 minute walk away. Aldi, Morrisons, Burger King, Primark, the Prince or Peckham pub and the Aylesham shopping centre are all also just a 5-10 minute walk away!
