- 3 bedrooms, two existing flatmates
- Bathroom with shower&bath on first floor, additional large toilet on ground floor
- Kitchen with plenty of storage
- Recently installed induction hob
- Big fridge/Freezer with individual space
- Large living room with dining table
- Wooden conservatory with lots of light

- Landlord lives locally and is very responsive

Current Housemates:
Sophie (27) is a gardener and Eli (32) is a music producer, both working full time. We’ve found a nice rhythm while living together over the last year - our house is very much our home and we take pride in making sure it feels that way for everyone who lives here.

We have a cleaning rota in place and often enjoy doing the cleaning on a Saturday as a group activity (totally optional!), we all chip in for communal bits and generally enjoy a great and peaceful living harmony!

Looking for:
Our ideal housemate is aged between 27-38, works full time (not from home), has prior experience of houseshares, and would enjoy the occasional weekend coffee/walk or movie night. We’re looking for someone seeking a relaxed, peaceful, and harmonious living situation to complete our home.
