Double room in Peckham house available!

The room is the main upstairs bedroom in a 3 bed house share. It comes furnished with a very comfortable double bed, chest of drawers (x3), double wardrobe, desk and desk chair. The shared spaces include a fully equipped large kitchen with dining table, a double living room and a garden. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs and there is also a toilet downstairs.

The flat is located roughly a 10 minute walk from both queens road station and Peckham rye station. There are also plenty buses that run close by.

Current house mates are Kyle (28) and Lee (29). Both are professionals who work in the city or work from home. Both enjoy their music, running, sports and going to the cinema.

We’re a social, easy-going flat looking for a new flatmate who wants more than just a place to sleep. We value a home where we can chill and catch up after work, watch tele together and sharing the occasional meal rather than just crossing paths. We also enjoy socialising and hanging out with one another outside the flat when we can. Everyone also respects each other’s space and downtime, so it’s a nice balance of social and chill.

We’re open to either a male or female flatmate – what matters most is finding someone who fits well with the vibe of the flat.

No couples and (sadly) no pets.
