Double bedroom in gorgeous house near peckham rye

Great location - just off rye lane (few mins from station) with everything going on there, but the flat is in a mews so very peaceful and quiet at the same time.

House is beautiful - see pics - we are lucky to live here.

We are looking for someone who is like us - basically easy going, sociable and fun, but also respectful / someone who wants to look after the space we share.

One of us works in the music industry and I work in the civil service. Spend most of our free time seeing friends (usually at the pub), getting outside, seeing gigs, etc ... Often have friends over for dinner / drinks but don't really bring the party home if you know what I mean.

Ideal move in date is 1st November, but open for discussion - could be a tad later or earlier if needed.
