Double bed in gorgeous house near peckham rye

Our housemate is sadly moving out so we are looking for someone to take his room for at least one year (hopefully longer if the landlord lets us).

Great location - just off rye lane with everything going on there, but the flat is in a mews so very peaceful and quiet at the same time.

House is beautiful - see pics - we are lucky to live here.

We are looking for someone who is like us - basically easy going, sociable and fun, but also respectful / someone who wants to look after the space we share.

Ideal move in date is 1st November, but open for discussion - could be a tad later or earlier if needed.
