looking for someone for a 4 month sublet (Oct 28 to Feb 28) in our 4 bed queer house in peckham!
3 mins walk from queens road peckham, comes with a big garden, lounge and a cute cat
£860 per month bills included, £600 deposit
We are a queer household, we all have 9-5s and have a mix of working from home and from the office. We have a cat who is very friendly and cuddly but he is deaf so can meow quite loudly and is fluffy and white so can shed a fair amount of fur! the house isn't suitable for someone with a cat allergy.
The house is cosy and calm - we like hanging out together and watch tv, go to the cinema/pub or cook, but also have our separate friends.
We’d love to find someone 26+ who is on a similar wavelength and keen to contribute to making the house a home. all trans friendly/ competent queers welcome.
