We've just had a room come up in our lovely 4-bedroom house in East Dulwich, available from early October.
About the room
It’s a good-sized double overlooking the garden, with two newly replaced double-glazed windows. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, a set of drawers, and a bed. The room is bright, peaceful, and gets a nice view of the garden.
About the house
The house has:
A cosy living room (morning sun, great for coffee).
A dining room (currently doubling as our laundry-drying zone).
A spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard/fridge space, dishwasher, gas cooker, and washing machine.
Two bathrooms shared between three housemates (Nadine has her own ensuite). The upstairs bathroom (next to your room) has a bath and shower; the downstairs has just a shower.
A garden with room for sitting out in summer.
We also have a lovely private landlord who is considerate, responsive, and easy to contact — which makes a big difference.
About us
We’re three housemates in our mid-20s to late-30s working in different fields:
Nadine works in security.
Grace works in theatre as a video technician.
I’m Max, working in theatre as an actor, musician and sound designer.
We’re a friendly, easygoing, clean household. It’s not a party house — more the kind of place where we come home after work, cook, chat, or relax in our rooms.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally a full-time working professional who’s clean, considerate, and looking for a chilled, welcoming home. We tend to prefer women, but we’re happy to chat to anyone who feels they’d be a good fit.
Location & transport
East Dulwich station – 7 min walk
Peckham Rye – 15 min walk / 10 min bus
Denmark Hill – 20 min walk / 5 min bus
Great links to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction, Canada Water, Croydon and more.

We keep a weekly cleaning rota to stay organised.
Viewings can be evenings or weekends.
