Double room in Peckham in a spacious, well located two bedroom, two bathroom flat available from 12th October 2025.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years and have loved the space and the area however, I am moving in with my partner so this is the reason the room is available.

About the Area - The flat is located between vibrant Peckham and Camberwell, close to Burgess Park. It is a 10 minute walk to Peckham and Camberwell and there is a convenient bus stop 2 minutes walk away. The flat is in a very quiet location away from main roads or trains.

About the Space - It is a large double room in a two bedroom flat with a private toilet across the hall all for yourself. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. I also managed to comfortably fit a desk, chair and piano in but these are coming with me so there is plenty of space to put other things in. There is a big living room, large dining table, comfy sofa and a balcony which is great for entertaining in nice weather.

About your flatmate - There is one flatmate, 25 (M) who works in the local area as a personal trainer and gym manager. He is away during the week days, so the flat is generally empty during the day for those who WFH. He is warm and friendly, but respectful of personal space and routines and also friendly with guests.

Other bits of info - Price for the room is £925pm and security deposit is £865. Water is included in the rent, but wifi, council tax and gas/electricity are additional and these typically come to around £145pm. The property is managed through an agency who are extremely responsive and have always been quick to fix any issues when raised.

Please ignore boxes in living room, these will all be moved when I move out as currently in the process of moving.
