Small double room available in Peckham from November. Located on the south side of Burgess park. First floor no lift. The room is offered fully furnished. The flat has recently been redecorated. You will have your own bathroom, as my room has an ensuite.

The nearest tube station is Peckham rye (20 mins) which has access to the windrush line, and national rail. There are no other tube lines within walking distance. There is secure bike storage outside the flat.

You'll be sharing with me. I am a professional in her 30s. I work as a doctor, and will be out of the house most of the time. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, cycle, and run. I'm passionate about art and music. Although my party days are mostly behind me, I do occasionally enjoy going out but this is by no means a party house.

I would like to live with someone who is interested in being friends as well as housemates. Preference to those over 30.

Politics are important to me. I am left-wing, Pro, lgbtq, pro-trans, and pro-palestine. If your politics does not align with the above, please look elsewhere.

No pets, sorry. Non-Smokers preferred.

I've put a lot of love and effort into this flat and as a result, it's very important to me that we both treat the space with respect and care.

My preference is for short-term lets (eg 3 Months) , otherwise, an initial 6-month contract can be arranged with you to continue in a rolling fashion. The deposit will be 1 month's rent.
