Stylish & spacious 3-bed house in Peckham

I am looking for three lovely people to rent my three bed period house on a quiet street in Peckham.

I’ve aimed to make it super homely! On the ground floor, there’s a double living/ dining room (with space for your books, and with access to a piano, if that’s your thing), a big eat-in kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate loo, and a small terrace garden.

There are three double bedrooms, each with large built in wardrobes for all your things, and a modern bathroom (with great water pressure :).

The house is close to Peckham town centre, Peckham Rye (15 mins) and Queens Rd (10 mins) stations, Burgess Park, and lots of bus routes. There’s a newsagents and pub on the corner.

Looking for 3 responsible people (or a family) to move in over the next few months. If you’re interested in the room, let me know a bit about you in your message :)

N. b, maximum tenancy is 12 months with a 6 month break clause - this is because I’m hoping to sell the house over the coming months. So this is best for people who don’t need a place long-term.
