A lovely double room is available for long-term rent in my cosy 2-bed flat in a modern, characterful newbuild – a short walk from both Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham stations. I need to secure an incoming tenant ASAP, for a move-in between now and mid December (12 months initially).

Peckham is is an artsy, lively and culturally diverse area. There's great food, night-life and the famous Peckhamplex Cinema - £5.99 tickets all day every day! We live close to the high street, and everything you could possibly need is in close walking distance.

I'm an actor, but my pays-the-bills-job is in copywriting, and I work from my room most weekdays. Home is my sanctuary – I keep things relaxed, clean, and peaceful. I’m sociable but respectful of space, and I'd love to live with someone similar. I love shared dinners (eating and cooking!) and TV evenings, but no pressure to hang out all the time.

Looking for a female flatmate, ideally in their late 20s - early 30s. No couples, unfortunately no pets, and while I’d prefer someone who doesn’t have frequent overnight guests, generally very happy to host dinners and movie nights.

Bonus points if you’re into badminton, cycling, or would occasionally read lines with me for self-tapes 🎭

🔊 Heads up: The flat is above a pub, and you can feel the bass on weekend nights. It’s never bothered my current flatmate too much, but if you're a super light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, the room might not be the right fit. Day to day, we can't believe how quiet it is for a flat in the heart of Peckham! A bonus of living above a pub is that it's staffed by security most nights. I feel super safe here!
