Spacious Double Room in Friendly SE London

Hiii I'm Min - me and my flatemate ari are looking for a flatmate to move in together ! The house is located 4 min walk from queens road peckham overground station (very chill residential area) !

🏠 It's 5-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a massive garden, and kitchen/dining room. It will be partly furbished (if you want our landlord would put bed and wardobe basically). The house is currently being all refurbished, from walls to floors (that's why the photos look a bit rusty haha)

🌀🌀 I'm from south korea, been living here for 4 years and working in fashion industry, and ari, from spain, is working in fashion/hospitality as a freelancer ! Our two other flatmates - ruby and phoebe - are also studying/working in arts ! The house will be a all girlie fun house (but obviously respectful) x

The available room is the biggest room upstairs with two big windows (You can assume the size based on the floorplan on the ad). It will be £920 with no bills included ! And the move-in date will be the 1st of november x
