Big Double room in Queens Road Peckham

👋 We’re looking for a new flatmate someone calm and tidy.

📍 The flat is just 5–6 minutes from Queens Road Peckham Station, with excellent transport links to the city centre, Shoreditch, Brixton, and other areas.
The neighbourhood is full of cafés, restaurants, markets, bars, galleries, a cinema, and a library it has a warm and lively atmosphere.

💬 On weekends, we usually go hiking, visit museums, go pub or hang out with friends. The atmosphere at home is relaxed and friendly.

🐾 We’re open to someone with a small pet (a cat or a calm dog that doesn’t bark often) in that case, there will be a small monthly extra charge.

📅 Move-in date: November but we’re flexible on the move in date.
Starting from December 12, we’ll be signing a new contract and you’ll need to confirm your references.
