Bright Modern Peckham House Nov-Dec Bills included

Hi folks!

I’m subletting my room in Peckham from early November to mid-December – dates are flexible.
The house is brand new and has all the amenities you may want: washing machine, dishwasher, aircon, underfloor heating, air fryer and loads of natural light thanks to windows on all sides and a skylight. It’s in a prime location tucked away on a quiet street, just a 3 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station (8 min train to London Bridge). Out the back there’s a private garden with a seating area and BBQ, plus a secure bike shed and free on-street parking out the front.
You’ll be sharing with Ash, a super chill Kiwi in his early 30s who works from home, loves F1, and used to be a professional dancer (not that kind 😁).
