Hi! I'm looking to transfer my tenancy of my standard en-suite in Archwood House. It's located in Peckham and the rent is £269 pw including bills. The room includes a double bed, desk, chair, bathroom and tons of cabinets. There is a shared kitchen with two hobs, two microwaves, two ovens, three fridges and several cabinets. The accomodations included a laundromat, games room, common room and cinema room. There is a bus stop 1 min away from the entrance and it is a 20 minute bus ride to Elephant and Castle.
