Flatmate required in a quiet, clean flat

Flat mate required in a quiet flat on a quiet road in Peckham.

Looking for someone who works full time and is clean and tidy. Im not much of a drinker or partier so ideally looking for someone similar.

Bit about me: I have a cat called Frodo, he's super sweet and is the local legend around these parts. I mostly just chill but I do go out to concerts, big events or the odd quiet drink. 420 friendly.

The room itself is a lovely size. Sort of hard to justify in pictures. The room comes with most the stuff pictured. Just not the TV, artwork and a few other little things. Bed, wardrobe and TV unit all included.

The flat is a nice size with an equally nicely sized shared back garden, where I attempt to garden. There is also a spare room which I use as an office (I work from home) it also has a sofa bed for guests. I am in the ground floor flat so we have immediate access through the back door. There is space to store a bicycle if needs be.

The landlord is a super sweet elderly gentleman so he doesn't want much commotion. The flat has a few little quirks here and there, it's by no means a new build. Someone who isn't shy of minor DIY here and there would be great 😃
