Small Double Room in Peckham

Hi there!

Lovely room available between Pekcham Rye and Elephant & Castle.

You will have two flatmates, Sean and Jo, who both work in hospitality, one as a sommelier and the other one as a chef. They're both very easy going.

I’m moving into a new place by December 1st, so the room will be available that same day.

The picture were taken a year ago, the room now has a table and chair.

Management & Maintenance:
🏠 Bills included and cleaner comes fortnightly to clean communal areas (will clean room also for additional fee).
🏠 Landlord lives locally and will fix any issue with short notice.
🏠 Rent usually paid at start of the month, terms with management are negotiable.
🏠 Free 24/7 onsite parking.
