The flat is a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye station (trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Blackfriars in 10 mins, plus Overground). We have free parking on the estate. It also has great bus links.
The room has a full sized wardrobe and 6-drawer chest of drawers.
Mon-Fri let defined as 5 nights staying in the room a week, Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri depending on your work schedule. Open to negotiating extra weekend nights every now and then. Bills included.
2 week notice period for vacating. Happy to do weekly payment rather than monthly.
