Double room available in spacious Peckham flat

Hello there,

Looking for a brand new house mate to join my dog, Scoot, and I in our beautiful Peckham flat.

The flat is situated just off Rye Lane in Peckham, and is less than a 5 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station. The flat building has lift access, and bike storage for all tenants. The building also has a large communal rooftop with beautiful views of Peckham and beyond. Our flat has a floor all to itself, so we never really hear other people in the building.

The bedroom is a double room, with a built-in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished. We have a large open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, again with plenty of storage space. The sun comes in throughout the day meaning the living area is nice and bright. The flat generally stays quite warm, and in previous years we have only started to need heating at the end of November/early December.

Unfortunately as we already have a dog, no other pets would be allowed and you must be comfortable with a dog roaming around the house without me there.

Rent is £962 per month and bills generally come to around £180. Deposit is £866 and will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme

About you: Looking for a long term housemate who is chilled and clean, although social this is not a party house. Respects personal space but also down to go to the pub in spare time.

About me and Scoot: I am a 31 year old female, who does community events for a large activewear brand. I enjoy fitness classes, sauna trips, afternoons at the pubs with friends, and generally just chilling when I am not out working. Scoot is a six year old Staffy-Whippet cross, who loves playing with his toys and sleeping in bed.

Contract for room would begin on 9th January.
