🛌 The room is located on the first floor (8 steps within the flat), has 2 large windows. It’s a small-sized double and comes furnished with a double bed, desk and clothing rail. The room is on the same floor as the kitchen.

⚡️Electricity and gas (pay-as-you-go) is roughly £30 per month each. £616 includes rent and the other bills—heating, wifi, water and council tax.

💁🏾‍♀️👩🏽‍🦰 You will be sharing with two queer Black artists—one Black queer, AuDHD gender non-conforming artist (32) and one black Trans girl, who works in the arts (30). We enjoy catching up in the evenings but equally value time to ourselves. We are looking for a clean and respectful person who is LGBTQ+ friendly to take the room.

🧼 We like to clean up after ourselves and take care of the house, so it's important that the new flatmate is equally as proactive when it comes to cleaning.

🏡 There are 45 steps up to the flat. There’s a lift that can take you up 28 of those stairs. There’s no living room but a decent-sized kitchen which is located on the first floor. The bathroom is located on the middle floor. There’s a phone entry system.

🚗 The flat has great transportation links. It’s 7 mins walk to Peckham Road and 15 mins to Peckham Rye station. And it’s 5 mins walk to lovely Burgess Park! Closest tube station is Elephant and Castle.

🧟‍♂️ You’ll be added to the tenancy agreement. £500 Deposit. There’s no referencing process and housing benefits are accepted. Move in date is 16th December.
