Current tenants are 3 professionals (2 aged 30, one aged 40). We are generally in the office and out in the evenings, but sometimes work from home.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and chill flatmate!

The location is a 2 minute walk from Burgess Park, 20 min walk to Elephant and Castle and 15-20 minute walk to Peckham Rye.
