The room itself is bright, spacious, and fully furnished with a double bed, clothing rack, chest of drawers, and a desk lamp (as seen in the photos). It has soundproof walls and windows, which makes it super peaceful, perfect if you work from home or just value a quiet space.
The flat is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Peckham Queens road Overground and close to Peckham rye park. You’ll be sharing with two lovely flatmates, Keda and Olivia, both kids 20’s (a musician and a photographer.)

The flat is a relaxed, social space that’s clean, queer and POC friendly, and ideal for someone easy going, tidy and looking for a cosy home in a vibrant, creative area.

Bills come to 125 per month give or take during winter from heating.
