The rent is 650 per month, and bills usually come to 100-150 per person. Council tax band C, split four ways.
The flat is located right next to burgess park, with great bus transport links and a 15 minute walk to queens road Peckham or Peckham rye station for the overground.
The flat is available from the beginning of December, and I'm happy to do some viewings and FaceTime viewings over the next week!
