Double room available in Peckham townhouse with living room, garden and a lovely kitchen.

The two of us have just returned to London from living in Melbourne and Glasgow and are looking for a third to be part of our new house. We're really looking to make this place feel like a home, making it a bit communal. Hosting friends for dinner, movie nights, going out together; while still having our own lives going on and respecting each others space. Hopefully that sounds like something you want too!

Flat Details

Equal rent split is £1066 each per month, but this will probably change slightly as we haven't decided on who gets what room yet. Bills are not included and council tax is Band D

Available immediately with a preference for someone who can move in soon or is able to cover rent soon.

Other info about the house: it's about a 10 minute walk from both Peckham Rye and Nunhead stations and it comes partially furnished so while there are already some sofas and a kitchen table there's definitely room if you want to bring furniture.
