It’s a two-floor house with lots of light and a big downstairs communal space. It’s right by Burgess Park and is a 15 min walk from Peckham or 10 min bus journey to Elephant and Castle.
We’re two housemates, Robbie (29, copywriter) and Claire (38, sustainability events consultant), who have our own circles but enjoy the odd trip to the pub and film night together.
Rent will be £733 a month, not including bills which are about £130 a month. Deposit will be £845.
