Hello! We’re two friendly professionals in our 30s (1 male, 1 female) looking for a third flatmate of similar age. We’re social, respectful of everyone's space and we like to keep the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy.

The property itself is light and airy with a large kitchen, living room and a massive (recently redone) garden.

We are only a few minutes walk from Peckham Rye and are close to all the shops, pubs and general exciting things that Peckham has to offer.

Rent is £850 pm (bills c.£150/council tax band D). We deal directly with the live-out landlord and his property manager, who are both friendly and reliable and sort out any issues.
