I'm leaving my lovely flat after a few wonderful years here. The remaining flatmates are two friendly professionals. Everyone's social, respectful of everyone's space and keeps the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy.

The property itself is light and airy with a large kitchen, living room and a massive (recently redone) garden. Our bathroom has a shower/bath and loads of storage. We even have a cellar which is ideal for storing larger items.

We are only a few minutes walk from Peckham Rye and are close to all the shops, pubs and general exciting things that Peckham has to offer.

Rent is £850 pm (bills c.£150/council tax band D). We deal directly with the live-out landlord and his property manager, who are both friendly and reliable and sort out any issues quickly.
