very warm house, great in the winter.
Important note: I have a pet corn snake in the room who would never come out of his tank. He is a gentle soul, very chill and timid, has never been even a bit close to aggressive in his entire life. he makes no noise and you can barely notice his existence. You would need to be ok with his tank in the room.
I am looking for someone would be able to maintain the cleanliness in the room :)
