A furnished double room is available for 3 months in our five-bedroom house in Peckham while I am away travelling. The house has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, two shared bathrooms and a private garden.
You’d be sharing with four male professionals aged between 25 and 27 who are friends from university. Everyone is social, respectful of each other’s space, and keeps the communal areas clean and tidy.
We’re in a fantastic location: just an 8-minute walk to Peckham Rye and 5 minutes to Bellenden Road, known for its great cafés, shops, and pubs.
Rent: £870 per month
Bills: approx. £105 (includes broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)
Council Tax: Band E (cost included in bills)
We rent directly from a responsive landlord who owns the property as a second home for their children to use later in life. They are reliable and quick to resolve any issues.
Move-in date: Approximately 9 February 2026
We’re planning to hold viewings on Tuesday 9th December.
