1 month sublet one minute walk from Peckham Rye st

Hello! I’m going away for a month and subletting my room from the 11th of December for approximately a month - both dates can be flexible.

We have a beautiful large 4 stories high house with a garden. We also have two beautiful cats that we look after all together as a household.

The flatmates all are working professionals and two are doing their masters in fine arts.
Most of us work in the arts sector.

The house has 3 bathrooms (one is in the on suite room) and a small but well equipped kitchen. The heating works well.
