The flat is a couple of minutes from Queen’s Road Peckham station which is on the Windrush line and TfL rail services to London Bridge. This advert is for the third bedroom (pictured) which comes with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk. Because it's at the top of the house it's a very cosy room, and it faces onto the garden which means it is pretty quiet at night. The flat has a large living room and kitchen area and two bathrooms (both with showers). We're about a ten minute walk from Rye Lane and Telegraph Hill, and even closer to the pubs/bakeries of Nunhead! Available from 17th December (we had a drop out so now moving very quickly!)

We live in the top flat and our landlady lives downstairs in a separate ground floor flat. We (Claire and Lucy) have been in the flat for nearly four years now, so we’re onto a rolling contract.

🕺 Us

We both like cooking and swimming: Lucy (30) works in graphic design and loves art, Claire (29) works in a schools trust in education policy and is a regular at the Peckhamplex. We're both pretty busy so we try to keep the flat as a calm, clean space to come back to. We will generally wfh once or twice a week each and will occasionally have friends over for dinner or drinks.

🌟 We are looking for:
A woman or nb person to join the flat
Someone chill who is similarly invested in having a nice flat atmosphere (and contributing to our large plant and art collections!)
Someone clean (we don't leave rubbish out or washing up soaking in the sink etc. and would expect the same)
PhD students and people in creative industries/academia are welcomed
We can’t take couples or pets, sorry!
